I’ve had this lumbar support massager for a couple weeks now and I love it! It works very well, helping to provide support to my lower back but is also very comfortable and not too hard or stiff. It has several different options for both vibration mode; one is more of a pulsing, one is a wave so a gradual increase and decrease, one is a faster off and on vibration. There are also three different options for heating and on the highest setting it provides a very soothing heat to my injured lower back which is helpful. There’s also a timer with three different settings which is nice, as some of these have built in 10 minute maximums. This lumbar pillow is just the right size and has been helpful for me while on my couch relaxing and has been improving my pain in my lower back. I’d definitely recommend this massager if you have lower back issues!
I bought this product for my desk chair. Over the past two months, I've had severe lower back pain, and I'm going to PT to fix it. I figured I'd fix my desk chair, as I've been using a couch cushion and a cheap Rite-Aid heating pad while sitting in it.
I thought, "Both a back support and a heating pad in one!?!? Let me have it!"
The heating element in this pillow is awful. There are two settings; I've only used the highest setting, and I can barely feel that. My Rite Aid heating pad outperforms this one.
Secondly, the cushion is just not comfortable. It's quite unfortunate, as I was hoping it would be the combo pillow I was looking for. Sadly, it is not.
I had previously bought an office chair that wasn't great for my back. After an hour or so of sitting in it, my lower back would start to hurt, so much that it was hard to get out of. I was happy to try this product in hopes that it would help and I wouldn't have to buy a new and more expensive office chair. This product really works as far as giving lower back support. I'm able to stay in the chair much longer and it improves my posture. There's heat and three modes of vibration. I'm usually at my desk a few hours at a time and with this I'm able to work comfortably. It's really a game changer and worth purchasing for the price.
The heat works extremely well and so does the massage function.
This fits comfortably in my office chair at work and at home, even on my couch. Plan on getting a couple more so I don't have to unplug and move it around.
