Works Great!

Works really well -- good massage action and heat -- I wish there was a way to lower the heat setting, but overall it's a great help to my back pain.

Like the heat settings and timer. The massager also has 3 levels of intensity. No timer on massager, it turns off after half hour. It can be turned back on but unless you completely turn the power off and back on, the intensity doesn't adjust. It is stuck on high.

worth the money

I just received this back pillow today. It is awesome. I'm 64 and I have lower back pain from 50 yrs. of working construction. I've tried different lumbar pillows and heating pads over the years. This has it all (vibration, heat and lumbar). I'm sitting here on my recliner and again it's awesome! As long as it lasts at least a year it's a winner.

About 1 month later and I love this!
