The timer shutting it off constantly and no way to override is annoying. There needs to be more padding to cover the metal vibrating rounds in it. It has helped me sleep with putting a pad over it to help the vibratory from hurting me. The heat and vibration both have helped me not hurt as much at night for better sleep.
I used it for a couple of weeks then the power pad stopped working and wouldn't power off. I returned it and had them send me another one because I really liked it.
The company only gives you a small window of about ten days to return this item, so if you do buy this, pay attention to the return window. Massager only has a mild vibration even on the highest setting and very low heat on its highest setting. Would probably be ok for someone with severe skin sensitivity, but complete waste of money for everyone else. I skipped over cheaper products to avoid exactly this! Certainly not worth the $70 bucks.
So, I'm 5'5 and I was able to lay on this and didn't hang off the heating pad. It heats up nice and I was able to get a "full body massage" There are several different choices for the massage, and if you wanted to do all points, or just concentrate on one body part. It shuts after 30 mins which is good as I'm forgetful. The material is also comfortable and there is a pocket to keep the remote and plug in
